GREENSCREEN CAPTURE / CUSTOM DIGITAL WORLDS
Your guests. Your universe.
One extraordinary film.
Step onto our greenscreen set and into a world built around your brand. BoothMeUp brings robotic camera movement together with Blender and Unreal Engine workflows to turn a guest’s real performance into a cutting-edge Glambot film.
From the capture set to a cinematic racing environment. Explore the production behind the transformation.
THE WESTERN / TWO STAGES OF ONE FILM
See the world take shape.
Then see it come alive.
The same guest performance, shown during compositing and in the final delivered film.
The greenscreen composite
Follow the greenscreen performance through isolation and the working Western composite, before the final sky, lighting and finishing.
The finished world
The environment, atmosphere and guest performance come together in a polished cinematic takeaway.
Built around the brief
A product universe, a campaign setting or somewhere entirely unexpected. We shape the environment, branding and camera movement together.
A real performance
Guests perform on a lit greenscreen set while the robotic camera captures the planned move. Our team guides the moment and manages the capture area.
A branded takeaway
Compositing brings the guest into the virtual scene. Creative scope, testing and rendering determine the agreed delivery workflow before the event.
The details that matter
Made for your event.
For agencies and sponsors
Develop a world built around the campaign, with art-directed environments, branded film openings and a guest delivery page.
What you receive
A robotic-camera guest film composited into the agreed virtual environment. This is a custom-development production, with camera system and delivery timing confirmed after testing.
Make it your own
Plan the virtual environment and robotic camera move together. A branded yearbook or campaign-film treatment can frame the finished guest clip with a coordinated opening, ending and delivery page.
For your production plan
Know before you book.
Agree the robot, tracking or compositing approach, capture space, lighting and rendering workflow together. Digital backgrounds do not eliminate the need for a safe robot operating area and onsite production space.
How is this different from adding a background after filming?
Virtual production coordinates the camera, guest direction and digital scene during the planned capture. A simple screen backdrop and a tracked virtual environment are different configurations; we confirm the appropriate approach through creative testing.
Can a physical set be part of it?
Yes. Foreground scenery, lighting and wardrobe direction can connect the guest to the digital world. The approved camera movement must work with both the physical set and the environment.
What should the agency provide?
Share the campaign world, visual references, brand assets, desired film length and delivery channels. Scene development, testing and approval happen before the event; the proposal defines the equipment and final output.
Your dedicated production team
A dedicated team handles the project, with our own staff operating the experience. Creative preparation, setup, guest guidance, and handoff are planned as one turnkey service.
Connectivity and venue coordination
We bring our own 5G connection, or plan Starlink for outdoor and remote events where appropriate. We confirm coverage and site conditions in advance, and coordinate marshalling yards when heavy load-in requires them.
Insurance and approvals
A $5M certificate of insurance is available on request. Send the venue’s certificate-holder details and access requirements to your project team.
How do we plan for queues and peak attendance?
Share the expected guest count, busiest arrival periods and operating hours. Capture, processing and collection may run at different speeds. We test the selected workflow before confirming capacity; extra kiosks or finishing stations are scoped where they solve a real bottleneck.
When should we supply artwork?
For a branded production, a useful target is physical-branding approval around four weeks before the show, digital creative around three weeks before, and final sign-off 7–10 business days before load-in. These are planning targets, not universal lead times; fabrication and custom development may need longer.
What should our agency, sponsor and venue provide?
Share the date, location, booth number, floor plan, hours, access windows and production contact. Send vector logos, brand guidelines, campaign messaging and required legal copy, with one creative approver. The final plan assigns power, connectivity, venue permissions and guest-flow responsibilities clearly.
How are guest data and sharing handled?
Agree the fields, consent language, gallery access, delivery channels and retention period before launch. Receiving a photo is not blanket permission for marketing. Uploading, generation and delivery depend on connectivity; the event plan should include a tested response to an interruption.
