AI trading cards, Picasso AI Sketchbot portraits and 360 video gave Data + AI Summit 2025 guests distinct ways to participate and keep a personalized result.
The approach
Pair a collectible AI character card with a sketched portrait and a moving 360-video format. Each experience offered its own kind of keepsake.
BoothMeUp’s contribution
The dated event archive separates original captures, unbranded AI treatments and card-print layouts. The Picasso archive likewise separates originals from sketches, keeping the creative stages easy to follow.

BoothMeUp’s contribution
Original guest portraits supplied the starting point for AI mountain-adventure scenes. Event branding connected the finished stills and video to the GTM Leadership Offsite, creating a consistent visual story across formats. Guests also received printed portraits in clear protective sleeves, giving the adventure theme a physical takeaway.
