THE EXPERIENCE COLLECTION / LAS VEGAS + NATIONWIDE
Humanoid Event Robot
A futuristic personality in the room
A live humanoid robot show with walking, dancing, personal greetings and branded guest moments, delivered with professional onsite operation.
Live credibility
Trusted in the room. Seen beyond it.
The experience / The opportunity
Make the future feel close enough to meet.
Give guests a close encounter with real robotics. A humanoid walks, waves, dances and responds through operator-led interaction, turning a welcome or sponsor appearance into a shared event moment. Choose the humanoid, a robot dog or a coordinated combination, with the final robot configuration and performance agreed for your event.
Introduce a live robotic character into a welcome, reveal or performance, with approved interactions and a production plan shaped around your audience.

Choose your format
Give the robot a clear role in the room.
Guest interaction
Start with the greeting, demonstration or audience moment you want to create.
Movement and operation
Plan the operating area, floor conditions and staff responsibilities around the approved interaction.
Conversation
Discuss any conversational capability separately. The selected software and event setup determine what is available.
Does the humanoid take guest photos?
A humanoid and a photo robot serve different purposes. For roaming photo capture, explore Rosie Snapbot.
Can it answer questions about our brand?
Share the intended questions and approved answers. Any conversational integration needs its own scope, testing and operating plan.
Give your brand
a real entrance.
A wave that stops the aisle. A dance that draws the crowd. A personal greeting that opens the conversation. Build a live robot appearance around the moment your brand wants to own.

Humanoid show
Human-like walking, waves, dancing and operator-led guest interaction. Create a welcome, a scheduled performance or a photo-ready brand appearance.
Robot dog
Add a Robot Dog companionA four-legged robotic character with agile movement and an instantly engaging presence. Available as a standalone format or an addition to the humanoid show.
The full combination
Bring both characters into one coordinated show. Plan their entrances and interactions around the booth, stage or reception layout.
Turn a passing glance
into a reason to stop.
For technology conferences and sponsor activations, connect the robot moment to a clear next step: meet your team, discover a product or join a demonstration.
- AttractA scheduled entrance or short performance creates a visible reason to visit your space.
- ConnectApproved greetings, branded audio and an event-appropriate outfit put your message into the interaction.
- ContinueGuide interested guests to your representatives, demo or separately scoped photo experience.
Your message.
A conversation worth having.
Give the humanoid an approved company script and a knowledge brief built around your products, campaign and FAQs. Guests can ask questions, explore your story and find a natural next step with your team.
Make it sound like you
Prepare greetings, pronunciation, tone and a clear invitation to connect.
Answer with purpose
Shape responses around the company facts and questions your team approves.
Rehearse the conversation
Agree topics, exclusions and an escalation contact. Connectivity and testing are confirmed before the experience goes live.

Big presence.
A considered production plan.
Space & arrival
Plan open, flat, dry flooring, a venue-approved movement zone, guest entry and exit, secure case storage and a separate charging position. The unit travels in a rolling case; access and case dimensions are confirmed for your venue.
Power & connectivity
Arrange charging outlet access. The published charger baseline is 100–240 V AC, 50/60 Hz; the supplied charger configuration controls. Conversational AI connectivity, backup arrangements and venue RF conditions are confirmed during planning.
Performance & resets
Build appearances around active sessions and rest periods. A planning example is 90 minutes of interaction followed by a 30–45 minute reset, subject to the agreed show plan. Battery rotation and staffing support the schedule; charging is planned separately.
Hardware & battery
Published baseline dimensions are 1320 × 450 × 200 mm standing and 690 × 450 × 300 mm folded. Runtime is approximately two hours and charging approximately 1.5 hours, varying with activity and configuration. Folded measurements are not transport-case dimensions.
Our production team
BoothMeUp coordinates the unit, operators, delivery, setup, inspection, rehearsal, operation and strike. Operator coverage, relief and battery spares are confirmed in the final scope.
Your event brief
Share the floorplan, access route, credentials, storage and charging locations, venue requirements and show contact. Together we approve guest flow, creative, operating clearances and the final schedule. No backdrop is included by default.
Specifications describe the published hardware baseline; final equipment and venue approval determine the operating plan. Appearances and optional upgrades are subject to availability and written scope.
The details that matter
Made for your event.
For agencies and sponsors
A visible technology-led encounter for an innovation sponsor, launch or conference welcome.
What you receive
Your proposal defines the robot format, operator coverage, appearance windows, creative preparation, transport and onsite production. Guest photo and video opportunities are part of the show; professional capture, branded outputs and lead collection can be scoped as separate paired experiences.
Make it your own
Shape the entrance, approved gestures, dance moments, outfit and personalized audio around your campaign. Use sponsor greetings, a product reveal or a coordinated welcome to make the performance relevant to the room. Conversational AI and custom integrations require separate confirmation; they are not assumed capabilities of every robot configuration.
For your production plan
Know before you book.
Plan the G1 humanoid around supervised, approved interactions. Your producer confirms the robot configuration, movement program, audience distance and safe operating area. Conversation features and roaming are scoped separately rather than assumed inclusions.
Talk through the logisticsYour dedicated production team
A dedicated team handles the project, with our own staff operating the experience. Creative preparation, setup, guest guidance, and handoff are planned as one turnkey service.
Connectivity and venue coordination
We bring our own 5G connection, or plan Starlink for outdoor and remote events where appropriate. We confirm coverage and site conditions in advance, and coordinate marshalling yards when heavy load-in requires them.
Insurance and approvals
A $5M certificate of insurance is available on request. Send the venue’s certificate-holder details and access requirements to your project team.
How do we plan for queues and peak attendance?
Share the expected guest count, busiest arrival periods and operating hours. Capture, processing and collection may run at different speeds. We test the selected workflow before confirming capacity; extra kiosks or finishing stations are scoped where they solve a real bottleneck.
When should we supply artwork?
For a branded production, a useful target is physical-branding approval around four weeks before the show, digital creative around three weeks before, and final sign-off 7–10 business days before load-in. These are planning targets, not universal lead times; fabrication and custom development may need longer.
What should our agency, sponsor and venue provide?
Share the date, location, booth number, floor plan, hours, access windows and production contact. Send vector logos, brand guidelines, campaign messaging and required legal copy, with one creative approver. The final plan assigns power, connectivity, venue permissions and guest-flow responsibilities clearly.
How are guest data and sharing handled?
Agree the fields, consent language, gallery access, delivery channels and retention period before launch. Receiving a photo is not blanket permission for marketing. Uploading, generation and delivery depend on connectivity; the event plan should include a tested response to an interruption.
Space & guest flow10 × 10 ft interaction-zone allowance
A host-led meeting point plus an approved movement route.

Select an area to explore its role in the experience.
Meet
A clear, level guest interaction area.
A guide to guest and crew activity. Equipment dimensions and physical positions are confirmed for your event.
Before the floor plan is finalized: The robot configuration, programmed motions and operator-approved clearance. A robot dog or multi-robot show requires a separately reviewed footprint. This allowance is not a certified movement envelope.
Recommended planning concept, not an engineering drawing or a guaranteed minimum. Queue space, accessible routes and venue-approved clearances must be agreed for your event.
