SnapBot® · Rosie the Robot
The party roamer with a personality
A roaming robotic photo and video experience that brings the interaction to your guests.
Live credibility
Trusted in the room. Seen beyond it.
The experience / The opportunity
Bring the photo moment to the crowd.
SnapBot, also known as Rosie the Robot, is the robotic party roamer in the BoothMeUp lineup. It creates a moving point of interest and captures photos and video away from a fixed booth position. It is distinct from the Humanoid Event Robot.
Use Rosie to create supervised photo encounters across a reception or a defined exhibit area. Plan the route and handoff around your event team.

Choose your format
Choose where the robot meets your guests.
SnapBot, also known as Rosie the Robot, brings the photo invitation into the audience. Plan the guest interaction, approved route and branded output as one experience.
Best suited to: Exhibits, fan events and networking spaces with suitable floors and room for a managed interaction. SneakerCon is a relevant documented program.
Roaming interaction
Plan a route through the audience with suitable floor conditions and space for guest interaction.
Stationary moment
Give the robot a defined position when your exhibit or event flow calls for a predictable capture point.
Brand treatment
Coordinate the robot’s appearance, photo design and delivery experience with the campaign.
Is this the same as a humanoid robot?
No. A photo robot and a humanoid have different roles and capabilities. Choose the guest interaction you want before selecting the equipment.
Will the robot handle our sales conversations?
Plan photo participation and your team’s lead conversations separately. Any additional interactive capability must be included in the agreed scope.
Can robot photos become trading cards?
Yes. SneakerCon Las Vegas 2026 paired Rosie with original-photo card artwork, while SEICon 2024 paired robotics with AI sports cards. Choose the portrait treatment and finishing workflow together.
Is SnapBot also called Rosie the Robot?
Yes. Rosie is the robot used for the SnapBot photo experience. Review the actual screen, capture and delivery configuration for your event rather than assuming every robot offers the same capabilities.
Does Rosie speak or answer questions?
Rosie is a mobile photo experience with a camera, lighting and screen; spoken brand conversations are not part of this configuration. If conversation is central to your brief, discuss a separately scoped humanoid experience.

The details that matter
Made for your event.
For agencies and sponsors
Bring a sponsor’s presence into networking and reception spaces instead of waiting for guests to find a fixed booth.
What you receive
A BoothMeUp operator brings the photo and video experience to guests within the approved roaming area. Text or email sharing, branded screens and the organizer’s gallery are configured to the agreed package.
Make it your own
Style the robot with campaign artwork and select the photo, GIF, Boomerang or video experience. Digital signage, music playback, seating information or karaoke can be explored as separately configured functions.

- Operation
- Staffed roaming · internal battery
- Power
- Standard outlet at charging home
- Route
- Level floor · clear approved pathways
- Connectivity
- Coverage across the roaming area
Use smooth, level flooring and clear approved pathways. Plan a safe charging home away from exits and aisles. SnapBot runs on its internal battery while roaming; it needs a standard outlet for charging, not a trailing power cable. Reliable Wi-Fi coverage is recommended throughout the route; normal roaming does not require a hardline.
Does the robot need continuous power or a hardline?
No. SnapBot uses its battery during operation. Provide outlet access at the agreed charging home and confirm reliable wireless coverage for the sharing workflow.
Can it move anywhere in the venue?
The route is approved in advance. Steps, uneven floors, dense crowds and blocked exits affect where the robot can operate. A BoothMeUp operator stays with it; this is not unsupervised roaming.
How does it arrive?
SnapBot travels in a protective rolling case through normal approved venue access. Confirm doorways, the route and an elevator when the event is on another level.
Your dedicated production team
A dedicated team handles the project, with our own staff operating the experience. Creative preparation, setup, guest guidance, and handoff are planned as one turnkey service.
Connectivity and venue coordination
We bring our own 5G connection, or plan Starlink for outdoor and remote events where appropriate. We confirm coverage and site conditions in advance, and coordinate marshalling yards when heavy load-in requires them.
Insurance and approvals
A $5M certificate of insurance is available on request. Send the venue’s certificate-holder details and access requirements to your project team.
How do we plan for queues and peak attendance?
Share the expected guest count, busiest arrival periods and operating hours. Capture, processing and collection may run at different speeds. We test the selected workflow before confirming capacity; extra kiosks or finishing stations are scoped where they solve a real bottleneck.
When should we supply artwork?
For a branded production, a useful target is physical-branding approval around four weeks before the show, digital creative around three weeks before, and final sign-off 7–10 business days before load-in. These are planning targets, not universal lead times; fabrication and custom development may need longer.
What should our agency, sponsor and venue provide?
Share the date, location, booth number, floor plan, hours, access windows and production contact. Send vector logos, brand guidelines, campaign messaging and required legal copy, with one creative approver. The final plan assigns power, connectivity, venue permissions and guest-flow responsibilities clearly.
How are guest data and sharing handled?
Agree the fields, consent language, gallery access, delivery channels and retention period before launch. Receiving a photo is not blanket permission for marketing. Uploading, generation and delivery depend on connectivity; the event plan should include a tested response to an interruption.
