The experience / The opportunity
Your guests set the pace.
Selfie XP is the drop-off option: a lightweight iPad Pro booth with lighting and a straightforward guest interface. After setup, guests operate the booth themselves. It is a digital-only experience, with no onsite printing.
For suitable events that want self-service photo participation after setup, with collection and support arrangements agreed beforehand.

Choose your format
A self-service experience with a clear handoff.
Setup
Agree the booth position, access time and event contact before delivery.
Guest use
Keep instructions simple and choose the approved capture and sharing flow. Self-service does not mean every production option is included.
Support and collection
Confirm how your event contact reaches support and when the team returns to collect the equipment.
Will an attendant stay for the event?
This is the self-service format. If you need continuous onsite guest guidance, discuss an attended experience instead.
Can we add printing?
Selfie XP is digital-only and does not include printing. If physical prints are essential, explore our attended Portrait Photo Booth or Selfie Station+ instead.
READY, SET, SMILE
Your guests.Their moment.
Choose a photo, GIF, Boomerang or video, preview the result, then send it to a phone by text or email. We deliver and prepare the station; your guests take it from there.

The details that matter
Made for your event.
What you receive
Guests send photos and videos to their phones by text or email. Captures are collected in an online gallery.
Make it your own
Personalize the screen, image overlays, and sharing messages. Partial or full booth wraps and integrations can be scoped separately.
For your production plan
Know before you book.
Tell us the delivery window, collection time, placement, and onsite point of contact. This is a self-service rental after setup, not a continuously attended booth.
Talk through the logisticsDelivered, set up, ready to use
Our team handles setup and collection. Guests use Selfie XP themselves after setup, with support arrangements confirmed in advance.
Connectivity and venue coordination
We bring our own 5G connection, or plan Starlink for outdoor and remote events where appropriate. We confirm coverage and site conditions in advance, and coordinate marshalling yards when heavy load-in requires them.
Insurance and approvals
A $5M certificate of insurance is available on request. Send the venue’s certificate-holder details and access requirements to your project team.
How do we plan for queues and peak attendance?
Share the expected guest count, busiest arrival periods and operating hours. Capture, processing and collection may run at different speeds. We test the selected workflow before confirming capacity; extra kiosks or finishing stations are scoped where they solve a real bottleneck.
When should we supply artwork?
For a branded production, a useful target is physical-branding approval around four weeks before the show, digital creative around three weeks before, and final sign-off 7–10 business days before load-in. These are planning targets, not universal lead times; fabrication and custom development may need longer.
What should our agency, sponsor and venue provide?
Share the date, location, booth number, floor plan, hours, access windows and production contact. Send vector logos, brand guidelines, campaign messaging and required legal copy, with one creative approver. The final plan assigns power, connectivity, venue permissions and guest-flow responsibilities clearly.
How are guest data and sharing handled?
Agree the fields, consent language, gallery access, delivery channels and retention period before launch. Receiving a photo is not blanket permission for marketing. Uploading, generation and delivery depend on connectivity; the event plan should include a tested response to an interruption.
