The experience / The opportunity
Make the guest your cover story.
Give guests a cover-worthy portrait moment. Start with the look of the magazine concept, then work with your producer to define the set and finished photo treatment.
Give a launch or celebration an editorial photo opportunity with a cover design and styling that reflect the campaign.

YOUR GUESTS. THE COVER STORY.
A headline moment.A cover worth keeping.
Give guests the editorial treatment with a magazine-inspired portrait. The on-screen journey moves from choosing a cover treatment to creating a finished image that feels personal to the event.

Choose the visual identity
Develop the title treatment, cover lines, typography and graphic direction around your campaign. The original interface examples below show how a selection of cover styles can become part of the guest interaction.
Make the guest the subject
Guide the pose and frame the portrait, then apply the approved cover design. Agree digital delivery, any printed format and the artwork approval process when planning the activation.
Inside the cover experience.
Choose your format
Three ways to create a cover moment.
Physical magazine set
Guests pose inside a constructed cover environment. Set size, camera framing and the largest group must be planned together.
Portrait with an overlay
A real photograph receives a graphic cover treatment. Digital delivery does not make the image AI-generated.
AI cover transformation
An AI treatment changes the portrait’s visual world. Ask for this explicitly when it is part of your creative direction.
Can we have more than one cover design?
Tell us which designs you need and how guests should be assigned to them. We will confirm the selection process and production scope.
Can a large group fit?
Send the largest expected group and a floor plan. The outside dimensions of a set are different from the usable posing area and camera view.
Can we receive all the photos?
Agree organizer delivery, guest sharing and any photo-use consent before the event. Prints and digital delivery are separate choices.
The details that matter
Made for your event.
For agencies and sponsors
Let the guest become the cover story, with the sponsor as the publication’s identity.
What you receive
A guest portrait presented as a custom magazine cover. Select digital delivery, an onsite print, or both; a fabricated cover enclosure is a separate scenic option.
Make it your own
Create a campaign masthead, guest-name treatment and short cover lines. A community or employee series can celebrate individual stories while retaining one recognizable publication identity.
For your production plan
Know before you book.
Confirm whether your brief calls for a physical cover-style set, a graphic output treatment, or both. Dimensions and package inclusions are not assumed from the service name.
Is the magazine cover a physical set or a photo design?
Both approaches can be developed. A walk-in cover creates a physical photo opportunity in the room; a digital cover places the guest’s portrait into an approved editorial layout. Confirm which format, lighting and delivery are included.
Can guests personalize their cover?
Names or selected headlines can be incorporated into the approved workflow. We define the fields, character limits and sponsor placement before the event so the finished cover stays polished.
Can guests receive a print?
Printing is an optional production choice. We agree the size, finish, staffing and collection point separately from digital delivery.
Your dedicated production team
A dedicated team handles the project, with our own staff operating the experience. Creative preparation, setup, guest guidance, and handoff are planned as one turnkey service.
Connectivity and venue coordination
We bring our own 5G connection, or plan Starlink for outdoor and remote events where appropriate. We confirm coverage and site conditions in advance, and coordinate marshalling yards when heavy load-in requires them.
Insurance and approvals
A $5M certificate of insurance is available on request. Send the venue’s certificate-holder details and access requirements to your project team.
How do we plan for queues and peak attendance?
Share the expected guest count, busiest arrival periods and operating hours. Capture, processing and collection may run at different speeds. We test the selected workflow before confirming capacity; extra kiosks or finishing stations are scoped where they solve a real bottleneck.
When should we supply artwork?
For a branded production, a useful target is physical-branding approval around four weeks before the show, digital creative around three weeks before, and final sign-off 7–10 business days before load-in. These are planning targets, not universal lead times; fabrication and custom development may need longer.
What should our agency, sponsor and venue provide?
Share the date, location, booth number, floor plan, hours, access windows and production contact. Send vector logos, brand guidelines, campaign messaging and required legal copy, with one creative approver. The final plan assigns power, connectivity, venue permissions and guest-flow responsibilities clearly.
How are guest data and sharing handled?
Agree the fields, consent language, gallery access, delivery channels and retention period before launch. Receiving a photo is not blanket permission for marketing. Uploading, generation and delivery depend on connectivity; the event plan should include a tested response to an interruption.
